Introducing the New ‘Doc’ Report Format
First up, we’ve added a brand-new report type: the ‘Doc’ format. This is perfect for those who need to create reports in a traditional A4 layout. Our editor, which feels a lot like Notion, makes it super easy to format and edit your reports.
But what really sets the ‘Doc’ format apart are the AI-powered tools built right into it. Whether you need to summarize a complex text, improve your writing, or even rewrite content, Wobby’s AI tools are here to help.
The star of the show is our new Research Assistant. This tool can save you a ton of time when it comes to research and reporting! For example, if you make a chart about building projects in Amsterdam, you might want to dig into why certain trends are happening—like what events caused a spike or how a policy change affected the data. Wobby suggests trends for you to look into, searches reliable online sources (like news articles and academic papers) for the most relevant info, and gives you a clear summary. Instead of spending hours on Google, sifting through articles, and trying to piece together a summary, Wobby does all the hard work for you!
Wobby always shows you the sources it used, so you can trust the information you’re working with. It’s all about giving you accurate, reliable insights without the usual time-consuming research.

Smarter Searching
We’ve also improved our home search feature. Now, when you search from the home interface, Wobby not only looks through public statistics and datasets but also checks trusted internet sources to give you clear answers on the topics you’re interested in. This is super handy when you need quick, summarized information. You can easily open it in a report and start drafting right away!
Workspace Data Analysis Improvements
Finally, we’ve made big upgrades to Workspace Data Analysis. Data analysis is now stronger, with better reasoning capabilities and safeguards for the AI. We’ve introduced a ‘data card’ feature, which lets Wobby show single data points in stylish, customizable cards. You can quickly copy values and see detailed analysis breakdowns.
